All stock shipping dates vary, however we guarantee fastest possible delivery, mostly under 10 working days (Monday-Friday). Please contact our friendly staff on (02) 8068 0955 or email us on info@highheels.com.au for further information on shipping times and queries.

Please Note we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, or Post Locker Boxes.. If this is a problem please give us a buzz :)

Return Policy

We do not issue refunds but we will happily exchange item for a product that suits you to keep up customer satisfaction.

Exchanges only valid if:

  • Item are clearly not worn or damgaged by customer in any way.
  • Item are exchanged with in 30 days of purchase.

*Refund only issued if item is damaged on arrival or if the item you have ordered is out of stock.

What is your Exchange Policies?
 
We offer hassle free exchange if the size of the shoes you ordered do not fit well. If we run out of stock for a particular design in the case of an exchange, you can either choose to have a full refund for the price of the shoes (excluding the shipping cost AUD $15 - $20 depending on your location) or use the credit for another purchase (shoes only). Please note that the price of the replacement must be equal to or higher than that of the pair you originally ordered.
Customers are recommended to contact us if unsure about sizing. We provide the sizing to the best of our knowledge to assist customers to choose the right size, however we cannot be held responsible if the shoes do not fit well. What is your Return Policies?
 
Please note that change of mind is NOT accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
We try our best to provide the most professional photos with accurate colours for our products. However, since the colour you see can be affected by many factors including the device you use and the setting of the device, we have no control over what you see on your screen. As a result, we do not accept return for items that do not meet your expectation of colours unless substantial evidence is provided to proof that the actual colour of the product is significantly different from what is provided on our website.
 
How do I request for an exchange / refund?
 
To request for an exchange or return just send us an email on info@highheels.com. 
 
Who will be responsible for the shipping costs?
 
Please be aware that buyer will be responsible for ALL the shipping costs for a return or an exchange. We will only issue a replacement after receiving the original item AND the postage for the replacement. In the case where the postage for the replacement is not received, we will only refund the full price of the shoes (less shipping cost AUD $15 - $20 depending on your location for attempting/initial delivery.
Customer should be aware that, the price for the items with free postage ONLY include the delivery of the items to the address specified during purchase ONCE. Customer will be responsible for ALL the subsequent postage involved if a return / an exchange is needed.
 
What/when do I need to send back to you for an exchange / return?
 

The items, along with any of their packaging (i.e. boxes, inserts) must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving the item. We recommend customers to post the item with Registered Post, as we will NOT take any responsibility if the item is lost during transit. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not returned in their original conditions (e.g. any signs of worn or visible mark(s) from being tried on).
